Start your weekend off with an exhilarating yoga session held in Brandmeyer Great Hall at the Kauffman Center. Early morning sun will bring a special glow to your workout for this vinyasa flow yoga in the all glass lobby overlooking the Crossroads Arts District. Choose between two 60 minute sessions on October 7 and November 18, at 8:30 a.m. and 10 a.m. Participants will be activated in mind, body and spirit as a Saint Luke’s expert physician will kick-off each session followed by a yoga workout led by instructor Heather Rama of KC Yoga Therapy. Local artists will provide live music, incorporating the performing arts into the yoga practice.
Tickets for Yoga at the Kauffman Center include admission to one yoga session and a souvenir water bottle. Space is limited. Attendees must bring their own yoga mat and will be asked to sign a waiver when they purchase a ticket to this event.
