Responsible for aspects of CAR revenue cycle, including supervision of charge master / revenue integrity teams, and participation on System committees for revenue cycle along with technology, to make recommendation with respect to Critical Access Region [CAR]. Perform special projects in consultation with System and CAR leadership including financial analysis and pro forma financial models at CAR, hospital or departmental level. Responsible for financial planning in integration with strategic plan updates as set by leadership team [System or CAR], and alignment to annual budget targets. Special projects as requested from System and CAR leadership. Reports to System VP Corporate Controller. Master's Degree Preferred. 5+ years of relevant experience required.
